Abstract
Objective To evaluate preoperative localization in nonpalpable breast lesions guided by ultrasonography using Methyiene blue.Methods Preoperative localization was performed guided by ultrasonography using Methyiene blue in 66 nonpalpable breast lesions of 54 women(age 31~77years).Results Sixty six nonpalpable breast lesions were radically excised.Seven(10.61%)of these lesions were malignant.Conclusions Preoperative localization using Methyiene blue guided by ultrasonography is a simple and accurate method for nonpalpable breast lesions.
