Abstract
This paper summarizes the relationship between knowledge innovation and technology innovation, and the relationship between knowledge and human resources on the basis of introducing the knowledge economy and innovation. It also introduces the knowledge management and analyzes how to carry out human resources management at the knowledge economy age.
