Environmental effects on administrative mechanism in China and its countermeasures

Much attention is being given to the administrative sustainable development from the perspective of ecology in the world. In China where the interactive relations of the economy, politics, culture and society are becoming stronger, an internal interactive structure is being established between the administration and environment. It is found that the most important factors influencing the administration system are politics, economy and culture environment analyzed from the perspective of the social system; and administration communication environment in the view of technique network. The precondition of realizing the modern administration management system with a high efficiency, harmonious operation and regulated behavior is to construct an administrative system with an internal and external balance, an ecological balance between administrative mechanism and the environment.
