Abstract

9 optimum combinations for the local climatic conditions were selected through investigation and research on three kinds of turf mixture sowing combination formulas of sports ground turf,ornamental turf and slope protection turf under the climatic condition of Kunming.Sports ground turf:Poa pratensis L.+Festuca arundinacea+Lolium perenneL.,Poa pratensis L.+Festuca arundinacea,Poa pratensis L.+Cynodon dactylon(L.)pers+Lolium perenne L.Ornamental turf:Poa pratensis L.+ Agrostis stolonifera L.,Poa pratensis L.+ Festuca rubra L.,Poa pratensis L.cv.Merit+ Poa pratensis L.cv.Bluemoon+ Poa pratensis L.cv.Nuglade + Poa pratensis L.cv.Kentucky bluegrass;Slope protection turf:Festuca arundinacea +Lolium perenne L.+Cynodon dactylon(L.)pers,Festuca arundinacea +Lolium perenne L.+Cynodon dactylon(L.)pers+ Trifolium repens L.,Festuca arundinacea + Lolium perenne L.+Cynodon dactylon(L.)pers +Trifolium repens L.+Medicago sativa L.
