Abstract

Accelerating the construction of a new socialist countryside is the inevitable demand for adapting us to the new phase of the economic and social development.In order to achieve this aim,we are required to boost the economic society in a comprehensive way.We should try every means to increase farmers'income;to construct a new development mechanism so as to change the binary structure of cities and countryside;to reinforce the system innovation and develop rural production capacity,and what is more,to strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization and form new social customs to cultivate a new-type of farmers.
