Abstract
The cultivation of innovative talents is the mission and inevitable choice of colleges and universities in the knowledge-based economy.On the basis of defining the connotations and features of innovative teachers and talents,this paper expatiates on the effects of the four factors on the cultivation of innovative teachers: strengthening innovative education conception,developing the growing environment for innovative teachers,making knowledge structure reasonable,and attaching importance to the organic combination of research on education and teaching and innovation in science and technology.
