Abstract
This experiment designed with two factors of dry method and extraction pressure to study its influence on extraction volatile oil of basil by supercritical CO_2 extraction. The results showed that the optimum combination was dry in shade and extraction pressure 15MPa.The extraction ratio of volatile oil was 0.59%.and separated by GC,and their compositions were identified by MS.the main constituents of volatile oil were terpenoids(69.83%),aromatic ethers (24.55%),esters(1.17%).The highest content of volatile oil wasβ-Linalool(26.12%).
