Abstract

Green trade measures are new kinds of international trade protectionism. Along with the trade liberalization and globe integration, the conventional tariff and non-tariff trade protectionism measures have been weakening, while the green trade measures have been used more and more popularly in developed countries. The author investigates some recent relevant literatures of foreign economists to outline a number of concerns that have been expressed about the nexus of policies linking green trade protectionism institution.
