Abstract

After atomizing at lower temperature, the cobalt (Co) in grain was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that the detection limit was 26.52 μg/L, the average Cocontent in specimen was 0.003 22% and the relative standard deviation (n=6) was 5.6%.It was a reasonable method to detect Co in grain due to its high sensitivity and environmentally friendly without high temperature and improvers.
