Abstract
The chiral separations of three chiral compounds were directly performed on polysaccharide-based chiral OJ-H.The influence of the mobile phase modifier and the structures and types of alcohol on the chiral separation were investigated. Results indicated that the chiral separation depends strongly upon hydrogen bonding and the π-π interaction between the analyte and CSP molecules. Moreover, the carbon number of the alcohol in the mobile phase also affects the retention and resolution of the chiral compound.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
