Abstract

Taxifolin and epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG) are flavonoids compound which have anti-inflammatoration.The effect of SMT on 800 U/mL IFN-γ-induced iNOS expression in HaCaT cells was determined by Laser Scanning Confocal microscope(LSCM) and flow cytometry. The results showed that iNOS expression observably increased and SMT could inhibit IFN-γ-induced iNOS expression. Then,HaCaT cells were induced by 800 U/mL IFN-γ after 40μg/mL taxifolin and 40μg/mL EGCG pre-treated,respectively.The results indicated that taxifolin and EGCG could both inhibit iNOS expression and EGCG was better than taxifolin. Therefore, monomeric flavonoid taxifolin and EGCG could treat inflammatory skin diseases and EGCG was better than taxifolin in equal concentration.
