Abstract

At the beginning of 21 century, the German government, being pressed by increasingly growing pension expenditures, made pension reforms aiming at controlling pension expenditures, insuring policy fees and adjusting the structures of the German pension system. This thesis analyses the reforms and made comments on the results of the reforms.
