Abstract

Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of combinational therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: 120 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected and taken corresponding therapeutic measures as well as observation.Meanwhile, the obtained data and its results were statistically processed and analyzed. Results: The total effective rate was 85.38%;the carbon dioxide pressure before treatment was(52.21±4.02) mm Hg while(34.78±2.24) mm Hg after treatment, the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(t=15.12,P0.05);the oxygen pressure before treatment was(84.58±2.56) mm Hg while(93.02±2.16) mm Hg after treatment, the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(t=15.12,P=0.0480.05);FEV1,FEV1/FVC,6 min walking test were(37.5±11.0)%,(35.1±10.2)%,(379.0±16.0) m respectively before treatment while(46.8±12.0)%,(41.2±11.6)%,(436.8±15.8) m after treatment. The three indicators were statistically significant(t=17.48,16.65,18.95,P0.05) compared with those before treatment. Conclusion: Taking combinational therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is effective.
