Intellectual Property's Role in the economic development andMeasurement of its Contribution to the growth of GDP

As an important part, the intellectual property, which embodies the factors of technology, politics and social culture, increasingly become the core of the economic development. Focusing on the prompting action, regulating action, innovational resource's scheming ,etc.,this paper analyses the importance of the intellectual property in the economic development. Being the main portion of the intellectual property, the patent typifies the intellectual property,then we make a quantitative analysis on its contribution to the growth of GDP.
