Cluster Analysis of Anhui Service Industry Development Level Based on PCA

Abstract

Appraisal index system of Anhui Province's service industry development level is constructed, and then through PCA, 5 main components as well as the grade of every city on the 5 main components are got. Based on this, cluster analysis is used to analyze the service industry development level of Anhui's 16 cities, and 4 clusters are got. In accordance with the cities' characters in every cluster, the corresponding suggestion for service development is given out.
