On major types of news infringement in journalism and their prevention and countermeasures

News infringement disputes increase with the development of journalism and public's growing legal awareness.It becomes urgent for news media and journalists to currently address the important issue,i.e.,how to positively prevent and cope with news infringement disputes.News infringement refers to news media or journalists' abuse of mass media to infringe upon the right to personal integrity legally granted to citizens,legal persons or other organizations,to disseminate,either by negligence or by willful misconduct to the public in its press works,improper contents or contents prohibited by law.With analysis of major types of news infringement in journalism,this paper offers prevention measures and countermeasures to it.
