Abstract
In this paper,the author uses the methods of questionnaire survey,investigation and interviews and mathematical statistics to carry out an investigation about the current situation of Shanghai college physical education curriculum and students physical health.The results show that the situation of Shanghai physical education curriculum is more optimistic.Most physical education teachers are able to teach in accordance with the requirements of College Physical Education Curriculum Guidelines in teaching.Most students are able to reach the achievement level of National Student Fitness Standard.However,the test results of students physical health is not optimistic,and compared to the past two years,it shows a downward trend.
