Abstract
According to buildings' seismic safety in this paper basic countermeasures are proposed in terms of earthquake prediction, earthquake transfer, dispersion and earthquake work to reduce earthquake disaster. Detailed introductions are also made for earthquake isolation system, vibration reduction system and active control system for earthquake.
