Abstract

[Objective]This research aimed to study the biodegradation and dye decolourization for laccase produced from Trametes versicolor.[Method]Crude laccase from T.versicolor HS-03 was used for the biodegradation of wheat straw and sawdust, and the decolourization of different molecular structure type's dye.[Result]It was indicated that the crude laccase raised the lignocellulose biodegradation efficiency which was about 5-6 doubles.Crude enzyme has wide spectrum decoloured function, especially the decoloring rate of malachite green,RB bright blue was over 85%.The rush hour of decolourization was 48-72 h.[Conclusion]This study could provide theoretical basis for dye decolourization of waste water, and provide strong references for the application of laccase in water treatment industry industrialization.
