Abstract
With the further promotion and expanding of the economic globalization, the trend of culture globalization is becoming more and more obvious. This can be found in the merging together of various cultures of different nationalities. This merging promotes the development of different cultures and at the same time results in new differences, which can be noticed from the viewpoint of cultural pluralism. This means both an opportunity and a great challenge to China's modern cultural construction. In terms of the pluralism of the cultural globalization, therefore, a socialist culture with its own characteristics must be cultivated under the guidance of the “Three Represents”. Only in this way can we advance and enrich China's traditional culture and carry on the cultural innovation.
