Abstract
The quality control of construction is not only the important content of construction supervision,but also is the emphasis of quality control of the construction project.In this case,the quality control on engineering construction taken by supervision engineers is to effectively supervise and manage the construction,based on the rights endowed by contracts and various factors that may affect the construction s quality.
