Abstract
As one of the key components of hydraulic transmission system,action reliability of hydraulic cylinder directly determines hydraulic system performance.Considering the reliability design of hydraulic cylinder,describing the structure and working principle of the hydraulic cylinder,main structure parameters of hydraulic cylinder are designed and strength is calculated.Moreover,the different of cushion states of hydraulic cylinder motion process are analyzed,the corresponding flow equation is obtained.Based on the law of conservation of energy,building the force balance equation of hydraulic cylinder reciprocating motion process.The velocity-time curves are obtained by modeling and simulation,to analyze the velocity-time on the different structural parameters.
