Abstract
Frame- core wall structure system was adopted in a super high- rise office in Chengdu, the height of which is 154. 900 m. The structural system, structural arrangement, the seismic fortification and performance objectives of the super high- rise building were presented. The overall calculation results and Dynamic elastics- plastic analysis results under rare earthquake were analyzed through different programs. Results indicate that the technical parameters of the building all well satisfy the requirements of the specifications. In addition, the counter plans and strengthening measures were put for out- of- code situations. The overall structure can meet the requirements of the specifications on performance- based design.
