Development of Productivity:the Great Contribution of Deng Xiaoping’s Economic Thoughts——in memory of 10th death anniversary of Deng Xiaoping's death

To recall comrade Deng Xiaoping’s great contributions to the construction of China’s economy, this paper collects 69 famous remarks on economy during the 50 years from 1943 to 1992, which suggests the development of Deng Xiaoping’s economic thought. This paper elaborates that the great contribution of Deng Xiaoping’ economic thought lies in the development of productivity from the following aspects: science is the first productivity; socialism is developing productivity; developing productivity based on market economy; etc.
