Abstract
OBJECTIVE To determine the tendency of bacterial distribution and drug resistance of the common pathogens in hospital and provide the reference for the clinical treatment.METHODS Bacteria isolated from patients in our hospital from Jan 2009 to Dec 2010 were identified by ATB expression, and the drug susceptibility tests were performed on strains using Kirby-Bauer method according to CLSI.RESULTS A total of 2016 strains were isolated, among them 509 strains were gram-positive cocci(25.2%).The most common pathogens were Staphylococcus.Meticillin-resistant S.aureus and coagulase-negative Staphylococcus accounted for 42.9% and 71.1%,respectively.In our data,no vancomycin-resistant S.aureus were isolated. There were 1507 strains of gram-negative bacilli(74.8%),the most common pathogens of them were Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii and Enterobacter cloacae.Gram-positive cocci were susceptible to vancomycin, teicoplanin and nitrofurantion.Several strains resistant to teicoplanin were found in Staphylococcus spp.And the average rate of drug resistance of gram-positive cocci to benzylpenicillin and erythromycin was over 70.0%;the gram-negative bacilli varied in the drug resistance to antibiotics, and many of them showed multidrug-resistant.Stenotrophomonas maltophilia was resistant to the penicillin and most of cephalosporin, the drug resistance to imipenem was up to 100%,but the drug resistance rates to cefoperazone/sulbactam,sulfamethoxazole and levofloxacin were relatively low.CONCLUSION The drug resistance of the pathogens causing nosocomial infections becomes increasingly serious, the common pathogens were multidrug-resistant,it is necessary to regularly monitor the surveillance of the drug resistance and reasonably use antibiotics so as to delay the emergence and spread of drug resistance strains.
