Abstract
Regional economic synergistic development is one mode of regional development that the territorial units (sub-regions) and different economic entities in the region effectively and highly coordinate and integrate to realize systematically the operations among the sub-regions and the purpose of a whole region. With the methods of generally analysis and the logical deducing, the research makes some conclusions: 1) It is active and imperative for the research of regional economic synergistic development to solve and alleviate the local protectionism, the local benefit conflicts, the convergence of industrial structure, disability to form scale of economy, and the increasingly gap between the sub-regions; 2) It is synergy that is the theoretical basis of the regional economic synergistic development; 3) Regional economic synergistic development should obey the basic principle of theoretical direction, comparative advantages and mutual benefit, scientificalness and advance, multi-integration of the comparative advantages preferred on staple industry, the feasibility of practice and adjustment and control by organizations, effectiveness and equality under synergistically development; 4) The main mechanisms for the coordination and of the regional economic synergistic development are constructions of trans-administrative region organizations and institutions, the system of region planning and implication, the trans-administrative regional spot-axis economic territorial system, the scientific methods for measure economic development and appraisement the performance of administration. Based on the above, the basic ways are put forward for organization, practice and inspectability and control of regional economic synergistic development.
