Abstract
According to statistis ,there are 23 specis the national key protected wild woody plants resources in Gansu, belong to 14 familes 19 genus. this paper is analyzed these to the wild woody plants characteristics with the economy worth , and conservation and utilization of these wild woody plants resources to bring up several suggestion with opinion.
