Abstract
Objective To investigate the features of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of multiple sclerosis and to provide the reliable and valuable information for the diagnosis of MS. Methods The information of CSF of multiple sclerosis was analyzed by clinical statistics methods. Results The appearance of CSF was normal. The pressure of CSF was usually normal, with some lightly increasing. Protein was normal or lightly increased, most of which was immunoglobulin. White blood cell amount was normal or lightly increased, with mostly being large lymphocytes and activated lymphocytes. Conclusion It is helpful to the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis when the examination of CSF was combined with the clinical information.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
