Abstract

NGN which can provide voice ,data and video transport on telecom network, computer network and CATV network is a new generation network. It carries out separation of operation and network. It has adopted open architecture, which makes NGN able to afford abundant multimedia service. NGN times'coming is an improtant landmark in the history of telecom network development
