Using the Exercise Attitude Scale as research tools and recruiting 288 college students as research objects, the purpose of this study was to explore the exercise attitude influencing factors of the college students with different exercise frequency from outdoor and sport course.The result showed that the influencing paths of outdoor and sport course to the college students with different exercise frequency is not the same.
