Abstract
In this paper we have introduced A.Einstein's life and his main contributions to physics, recalling the chief process of creating the theories of relativity and quantum and holding that A.Einstein is the greatest scientist and ideologist in the 20th century, his two epoch-making contributions to science have laid the theoretical foundation of modern physics, wholly renewing people's ideas about time, space, material and energy, his scientific and philosophical thought has enriched ideological treasury of human beings and that his advanced spirit of humaneness, justness, suspicion and criticism and his lofty personality has set a good example of morality for scientific workers.
