Abstract
Objective To obtain a new-type calcium nutrient supplement of calcium citrate malate compound salt(CCM).Methods The water-solution containing citric acid(CA) and malic acid(MAw)as quantitively added into calcium carbonate emulsion slowly and homogeneously group by group for tow reactions at a special temperature. Then CCM was obtained after freezing and drying. Results The optimized producing condition of CCM is as follows: under 40℃,Ca: CA: MA = 12:6:9,freezing for two days under-18℃,pH 4 best for determining the solubility in normal atmospheric temperature. Conclusion CCM prepared under the above technology has good solubility and safety,so it is a more ideal new-type high-efficient calcium nutrient supplement and should be spread widely.
