Abstract
This paper expounds how the enterprise group to strengthen the budget management from the aspects of the organizational setting-up of the overall budget management,the compilation of the budget,the implementation and supervision of the budget,the adjustment of the budget,and the evaluation and assessment on the result of the implementation of the budget,etc.,and advances some problems needing attention in the management of the budget.
