Abstract

Transformation in the system of personnel placement was an important component of the historical shakeup during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period.The core of the transformation was split the relationship between the political power and the consanguinity based on systematization,which enabled the bidirectional vertical changes in social classes to possess legal grounds,and made possible the establishment of the political structure of prefecture-county system——a political model different from the past.
