Abstract
The chitosan gel was prepared in the water phase.Some technical conditions were optimized such as the degree of deacetylation of chitosan,the chitosan content,the types of acids and their contents,and the shape of chitosan gel.The most optimization condition:the degree of deacetylation of chitosan 88.8%,the chitosan content4 g/100 mL,2% and The protein could be separated well through the chitosan gel which was prepared under the optimized condition.Some technical conditions of its adsorbent characteristics for α-amylase were optimized.Study on the adsorbent characteristics of purity water leaching to influence for enzyme.
