Abstract
Tianjin Harbor Industrial Park, an improtant constituent part of Binhai New Area, with outstanding characteristics of Port Economy, is representive for harbor industrial development in our country. This paper demonstrated that circular economy in port industrial park should be constructed by establishing the circular economic industrial system with the port and industry integration and linkage, developing a new mode of circular economy for reclamation land from the sea, building a shared network of integrated resources and energy on the utility engineering island and a support system of circular economy. This paper explored the method and mode for circular economy development in port area, which may provide some examples for the regions with similar type.
