Abstract

At the policy level, the country has given clear direction and strategy for the rural land circulation. Under the background, rural land circulation gets rapid development. However, through the survey, we found that farmers who had willingness to land circulation accounted for only 53% of survey overall. Therefore, finding the main factors influencing land circulation will play key role in deepening the reform of rural land. Based on the 2 280 survey data in 11 cities in Hebei province, this paper in-depth analyzed the farmers' understanding, cognition and expectation for land circulation, and processed the survey data, then introduced 12 variables to construct the Logistic model, to find the influence factors affecting farmers' willingness to land circulation significantly, closely and generally.
