Abstract

The pigments of lentinan which extracted from the mycelium of lentinula edodes are higher in the content. The experiment used active carbon to decolor the lentinan and probed into the infection on the dosage of active carbon, adsorption time,pH value and decoloring temperature. The optimum technique of decoloring was gained.
