Investigation and Analysis on the Feasibility of Facilities in Colleges be Open to Society

The paper investigates the actualities of the facilities in communities and colleges in Henan province,the P.E.teachers' attitudes towards the opening of facilities in college and the reasons why some P.E.teachers don't occupy positions of social sports instructors with methods of literature,questionnaire and interview.The conclusions indicate that the colleges in Henan province have enough facilities being open to society.
