Ideological and political work,as the lifeline of our Party,has the functions of political orientation,education and organizational guarantee in universities.Party construction is a systematic project related to the healthy development of universities,the play of the Party organization's political core role and the construction of harmonious campus culture.In the new situation,student Party members,a special group of universities in China,undertake the responsibilities for the national prosperity.The Party and the nation place deep aspirations on them to serve society and people.How to establish and perfect the incentive mechanism for college students' ideological and political work in Party construction,to give full play of their exemplary vanguard role and to promote colleges' sound and rapid development have become an important issue.This paper,from the current overall situation of college students and the level of student Party members,puts forward some proposals on how to construct the incentive mechanism.
