Abstract
With an increasing reduction of the role of non-tariff barriers,technical barriers to trade,as a more subtle,more formidable barriers,take an important role in the international trade,and pose a considerable impediment to foreign trade of developing countries.Technical barriers to trade seriously affect our country's foreign trade export,so we should focus on the characteristics of technical barriers,and take reasonable measures for its effective boycott.
