Abstract

With the quick development of national logistics in- dustry,the competition of the logistics market become more and more furious.The foundation of logistics standardization has became the significant choice for the innovation of logistics corporation.The effects of logistics standardization have be in harmony in the management and decision-making of logistics corporation.The significance of logistics standardization to the management and decision-making of logistics corporation was analysised from four aspects in this paper.They were logistics service form,process reconstituted,logistics supply chain and customer service level.
