Comparison and Analysis of Some Typical Solar Cell Simulators

Solar array simulators are widely used in the field of, such as PV generation and space.And in some cases, it is necessary to employ solar array simulator, which works as the source of the system, to simulate the solar array.In this way, the continual work such as verification of the control algorithm and the test of the system can be finished.This paper introduces the characteristics of solar array and presents some typical solar array simulator methods.The principles, advantages and disadvantages of the methods are also analyzed.And the trend of solar array simulator is presented, as well.
