Abstract
The resultant of spirit of Chinese traditional science had its cultural background of special designated structure of natural environment, patriarchal society and culture of ethical model and its construction. It made that spirit of Chinese traditional science have tend to deal with concrete matters relating to work of value, rational and emotional cognitive way and nature of paying attention to experience and savvy. Thus, they came into spirit of paying attention to deal with concrete matters relating to work, cognitive spirit of rationality combining into emotion, probing spirit of advocating exerience and practice. These spirits revealed their ethical features in the tending of value, cognitive way, practical operation and so on.
