Abstract
A disintegrin and metalloprotease(ADAM) includes functional structure domain of disintegrin and metalloprotease, whose function involves cell adhesion and proteinase;the proteolytic release of ectodomain of membrance protein was triggered by activity of proteinase.Ectodomain shedding affected the structure and function of many types of molecules, such as epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and EGFR ligand, which affects transduction of EGFR signal.ADAM as a new target, may play a valuable role in tumor target therapy.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
