Exploration on relationship between phlegm and blood stasis constitution and phlegm,blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease

Abstract
The differentiating typing of TCM in 418 patients with cardiac heart diseases were found that cardiac blood stasis syndrome(150 cases,35.89%)andsyndromeofinternalobsructionwithphlegm(109cases,26.08%)were commonly seen.Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in cardiac heart disease was not only related to disregulation of Zang-Fu function,but also related to the phlegm,blood stasis constitution.It has a significant value to use the constitution theory in preventing and treating phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease.
