A Discussion on the Management Pattern of Professional College

Abstract

With the rapid development of the advanced vocational education,the number of colleges of profes-sion increases fast.The fact calls for an urgent construction of management pattern of general characters.Colleges of profession should form some distinguishing features concerning internal management system、capital absorption mode、teaching mode、the organization of teacher teams as well as the setup of relevant organizations,which are closely re-lated to the characteristics of colleges of profession.Only if these colleges have established the above overall system can they seek for better benefits and explore larger development possibilities.
