Application of traditional Mongolian medicine acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of visceral disease

Objective: To evaluate the application characteristics of traditional Mongolian medicine acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of visceral disease.Methods: To consult Mongolian medicine magazines,ancient Mongolian medical books,medical records and thematic narration and abstracts about mongolian medicine acupuncture and moxibustion in each clinical departments by hand,analyze and sum up the relative literatures of mongolian medicine.Results: The contents of traditional mongolian medicine acupuncture and moxibustion are dispersed in the clinic treatment of each clinical departments of mongolian medicine.Conclusion: As a part of the mongolian medicine external therapy,mongolian medicine acupuncture and moxibustion based on three roots,seven elements and theory of viscera,the overall view as guidance,and matching acupoint mainly based on self-acupoint and the efficacy of the three roots and seven elements of body.Syndrome differentiation and coordination of acupoints based on cause and symptoms of disease.
