Abstract

Objective To investigate the method and curative effect of thoracoscopy in the treatment of 35 cases of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods Select 35 cases of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax who were given thoracoscopic treatment in our hospital from August 2008 to August 2011 as the research object, they were anglicized by the therapeutic effect and complications. Results 35 cases were all cured, there were no changing to thoracotomy,no death cases. The intraoperative bleeding volume was(61.4±16.8)mL,chest tube indwelling time was(48.6±11.5)hour,the use of analgesic time was(2.2±0.7)day,the incidence of complications was 8.6%,hospital stay was(6.3±1.2)day.Conclusion The thoracoscopic treatment in spontaneous pneumothorax was wound small, faster recovery, less complications, and has satisfactory effect.
