Abstract
As special assets and capitals,Money is not only a real fortune,but also a product of legal duties and powers too.It has played very important role in the macro economy system and also a key tube for central government to imply its macroeconomic policy in modern market economics.In this essay,the relations on money and justice,money and equity also money and asset etc will be discussed,and a primary conclusion is the money has the same nature as the attribute of the economic law.
